Some Thanksgiving Inspiration

I'm thankful for SO many things this year.  Among the long list are beautiful flowers and the talent that I've been given to create beautiful things with them.  Need a little inspiration for that bouquet of beautiful fall flowers you found on sale that you just don't know what to do with?  Check out some of what I did this week:
LOVE the versatility of these fun flower pots...you could make small ones for placecard holders, medium-sized ones like above for thank-you gifts for your Thanksgiving hosts, or a large one as a stunning centerpiece.

Floral cornucopias.  SERIOUSLY.  Tell me that isn't gorgeous!  I went to Hobby Lobby to find a good basket, but all they had were cone-shaped ones, so I had to steam the end of it...and wound up shattering a glass pan in the process.  Still loved how it turned out, showed it off to DH, and we decided to spruce it up with a little orange ribbon around the opening.  And what do you know, the VERY NEXT DAY I was out with a friend and found some actual half-off cornucopia baskets at Michaels.  That's my luck!  Did I still buy the basket?  You bet...at least I'll have some fun supplies for next year!
Check out my "Holidays/Special Occasions" tab above for more floral inspiration!
